Good quality, minor issue

I bought a new rain shower system from Index Bath. The quality of the showerhead and all the components felt very sturdy and well-made when they arrived. Installation was pretty standard, no major surprises there. My only small complaint was that one of the decorative caps for a screw was missing from the box, which was a little annoying. I emailed customer service about it, and they said they'd send a replacement, so that's good. The shower works great now, and I'm happy with the upgrade, just wish everything had been in the package initially.
